The reception staff was so friendly and helpful. jacob at reception is a real asset to the hotel. the shower was really good. There were lots of towels available. the bed was comfortable, and the pillows were lush..

The tea cups were small. Customers had to refill their cups at the drink machines many times.

the front of house manager, jenny, was really good and caring. richard and kevin provided great service too. the staff cleared and cleaned tables quickly during breakfast.

the room was clean and included a tv, wifi, a good bathroom, shower products, and tea and coffee facilities. air conditioning was available in the room. towels, tea, coffee and milk were replenished on the second day.

the location is good, with mcdonald's and bp nearby open 24 hours. it is very near the train station and the bus stop for victoria station. car parking is safe and available for £25 a day.

Excellent Stay Near Public Transport

easy access clean room

The staff was helpful and friendly. The location provides easy access to both train and bus stations. A shop is also nearby for convenience. The rooms were maintained well and clean.

The bathroom door did not close properly in my room. It did not fit the frame correctly. This made privacy a bit difficult.

The staff responded promptly and provided information when requested. Check-in was swift, and requests for additional amenities (like extra towels) were handled quickly. I appreciated the attentiveness of the staff , it was great.

The breakfast included many options, such as cereals, pastries, and hot items. The bar in the reception area offered a variety of drinks. Tea and coffee making facilities were available in the room, this was very practical.

Wandsworth Town train station is a short walk away (5 minutes). Bus Route 44 is very close. Several supermarkets are nearby for shopping. The neighborhood felt safe and had several restaurants to choose from.

Ordinary Stay with Disappointing Aspects

cold room limited selection

The room was quite cold. The air conditioning unit only blew cold air. I reported this, and the staff gave me a heater, but it barely helped. Breakfast was also a letdown. The food selection felt limited. I expected more from a hotel in this category.
